Kimiwan Lake Municipal Campground
Located within town limits, the Kimiwan Lake Municipal Campground is a self-registered campground offering 18 sites and a fishing pond. The campground is open May long weekend to the end of September, weather permitting. (May 17th – September 30th, 2024.)
The campground is located at 01 Bousfield Avenue on the south west end of town and is withing minutes of the Kimiwan Birdwalk & Interpretive Centre, Railway Museum, Service Station and Golf Course.

Camping Fees can be paid by cash or cheque and sealed inside self-registration envelopes provided, or they can be paid by e-transfer to admin@mclennan.ca If paying by e-transfer, please include your name, address and stall number.
*It is not possible to reserve individual campsites, as it is on a first come, first serve basis.*

Winagami Lake Provincial Park
Located only 15 minutes east of the Town of McLennan this park is equipped with bird watching trails & a viewing platform equipped with spotting scopes and offers 66 spacious wooded sites.
Recreation activities at Winagami Lake Provincial Park include power boating, fishing, volleyball and hiking. On site amenities include playgrounds, washrooms, showers, sewage disposal station, free firewood, group camping area and day use area.
